Here at my house we loooooove garlic. Especially creamy, sweet, caramelized roasted garlic. Did you know there’s a way to make your own roasted garlic that’s really, really easy?
Step one: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut garlic bulbs in half with a sharp knife and put each half into a muffin tin.
Step two: cover with a drizzle of nice olive oil.
Step three: Cover with tin foil and roast in the oven for about 30-45 minutes, until browned and fragrant.
Step four: Allow to cool then remove into a jar (coat with a bit more olive oil) or directly into your favorite recipe- or both!
